Annie is a young, vibrant concert pianist and teacher based in London

She started playing piano in rural Northumberland at an early age and relocated to London to study Bachelors and Masters degrees (awarded with the TCL Scholarship, TCM Bursary and Regional further education Bursary) under Mikhail Kazakevich and Christine Crowshaw

Annie has collaborated with dancers, artists and sculptors in London and endeavours to create interesting and striking performance projects

Annie has consistently enjoyed competition and concert successes, notably, a performance at The Italian Cultural Embassy and finalist and prize winner at the Il Circolo competition in January 2009




Annie has been teaching privately for several years and continues to inspire amateur pianists through her upbeat and modern teaching approaches

As well as solo performance, Annie is passionate about ensemble and duo collaborations. Annie has twice reached the final of the Leonard Smith and Felicity Young String duo competition in 2007 and 2009 and has had Masterclasses with the cellist, Natalie Clein and American ensemble, Trio del Sol
